An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join one of the Citys most elegant and established restaurants. The venue offers refined, seasonal British and European cuisine in a stylish, professional setting, serving a discerning weekday clientele.
As Sous Chef, youll support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, lead and inspire a small brigade, and ensure exceptional quality and consistency across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

What Were Looking For
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP in a premium or fine-dining kitchen
Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and elegant presentation
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Excellent food safety and kitchen management knowledge
