We are currently seeking a talented Sous Chef to join a leading modern British brasserie in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a respected, quality-focused kitchen delivering seasonal dishes in a stylish and energetic environment.
The Role
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in all areas of kitchen operations. Responsibilities include running sections during service, overseeing junior chefs, maintaining smooth workflow, and ensuring consistent standards across the menu. Were looking for someone who combines creativity with strong kitchen leadership, and who stays composed and efficient during busy periods.
Package & Key Details
£41,000 + approx. £7,000 tronc
45-hour contract
Additional hours paid at £17 per hour

About You
Solid background in modern British or brasserie cuisine
Experience as Sous Chef, or a confident Junior Sous ready to step up
Able to lead service, train and support the team, and ensure high standards
Passionate, organised, and motivated, with a positive approach
Available to start as soon as possible
