We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a prestigious fine-dining restaurant in Mayfair. In this role, you will support the Head Chef in running key kitchen sections, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. You will play an integral part in mentoring and guiding junior team members, maintaining smooth kitchen operations, and upholding the restaurant's reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, high-volume environment, bringing professionalism, leadership, and a genuine passion for classic cuisine.
* Proven experience in fine-dining kitchens
* Confident in managing and leading kitchen sections
* Strong culinary skills with attention to detail
* Excellent understanding of hygiene, health, and safety standards
* Ability to train and support junior staff
* Experience maintaining organisation, paperwork, and stock control
* Structured 48-hour week, no split shifts
