Isabels signature West End style from lunch through until late night cocktails is complemented by an imaginative food and drink menu that derives from the essence and traditions of many Latin and Mediterranean cuisines.

As ourSous Chefyou will be second in command of the kitchen team and work closely with the head chef.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards according to menu specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
- Support the Head Chef in menu development and daily kitchen operations.
- Train and mentor junior members of the kitchen team, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative working atmosphere.
Experience and Skills:
- At least two years ofSous Chefexperience in a fine dining kitchen.
- A team player with a passion for learning and development.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with staff.

- A natural Team leader, skilled in managing and training staff
