We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our friendly team in the heart of Mayfairat Hideaway, A casual eatery brought to you by the team behind HIDE. Located on Mount Street it has fast become a destination spot known for it's coffee selection & a café twist on HIDE's food hits.

The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of the restaurant, including menu development, food preparation, kitchen management, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene. This role requires leadership skills to manage the kitchen team, control costs, and innovate culinary offerings to enhance the dining experience and align with the establishment's vision.
As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing, cooking cuisine within your speciality
- Supporting the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to develop new dishes for the menu;
- Training the junior chefs working with you
- Stock control & waste management
- Ensuring the brigade follow H&S regulations
- Deputizing for the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to manage the brigade
