Roseate House London is an intimate, luxury London hotel offering 47 exquisitely appointed rooms and suites. Ideally located on Westbourne Terrace, it lies to the north of Hyde Park, London's largest royal park.

We are now looking for a full time Chef de Partie ready to join a young and dynamic team at The Hyde Restaurant & Bar.

We are searching for someone very creative and to be involved with the design of new menus and layouts.

Entry Requirements:

  • Applicants must have good experience in cooking British and European cuisine food at a high standard.
  • A Team player and good communicator & train the team within the F&B department on the new menus and standards
  • Implement and enforce all SOPs
  • Excellent knowledge of all food safety regulations and requirements
  • Be a positive individual with great communication skills and an eye for detail.
  • Experience in a similar position is preferable.
  • Be meticulously organised and punctual
  • Have positive, 'can do' attitude
  • Be passionate and driven
