About the Role
As Sous Chef, youll work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, consistently delivering outstanding food and service. Youll play a hands-on role in leading the team, supporting menu development, and maintaining high standards across preparation, presentation, and service.

- Strong experience in modern European, brasserie, or high-quality restaurant kitchens
- A passion for seasonal, fresh produce and bold flavours
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety practices, strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and consistency
