We are seeking a Sous Chef for an immediate start in our Central London restaurant.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn, but pasta-making experience is not required.
The annual salary for this position ranges from £42,000 to £45,000, depending on experience.
The Sous Chef will work in an open kitchen alongside a team of 14 to 15 chefs, with a work schedule of 48 hours per week over 5 days.

We have been awarded the Bib Gourmand for several consecutive years, and we offer fresh, hand-made pasta made daily.

The ideal Sous Chef doesnt need to have pasta making experience and what is essential is the drive, willingness to learn and passion for cooking.

The basic annual salary for the Sous Chef is between £42,000 and £45,000 per year and depending on experience.

The ideal Sous Chef will be working in an open kitchen, a team comprising 14/15 Chefs and the hours of work are 48 per week and over 5 days.
