As the Sous Chef, you will be involved with the creation and development of the menu with the Head Chef. Its a team of 7, the food is simple but beautiful with Mediterranean flavours. Stable team, 30 covers at Lunch and around 60 in the evening.
You will support the Head Chef, who has been there for 3 years, in running a calm, well-organised kitchen while producing some beautiful dishes.
