The Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.This role is ideal for a Jnr Sous Chef looking to take the next step in their career within a high-quality, environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.

  • Oversee and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.

  • Contribute to menu development, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

  • Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in compliance with food safety regulations.

  • Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a similar high-quality restaurant.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Flexibility to work during lunch and dinner services.
