The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.This role is ideal for a Jnr Sous Chef looking to take the next step in their career within a high-quality, environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
Oversee and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Contribute to menu development, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
