 Sushi Chef – London
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum depending on expereince. 
Schedule: Predominantly Monday to Friday. ( up to 4 weekends a year depending on major events)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate  Sushi Chef to join our team in the heart of London. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional who cannot only create exceptional sushi dishes but also lead Sushi Masterclasses to inspire and educate others.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare high-quality sushi with precision, creativity, and consistency
• Lead engaging and informative sushi-making masterclasses for groups and individuals
• Oversee kitchen operations to maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
• Work closely with management to develop menus and seasonal specials
• Mentor junior chefs and help build a strong, motivated kitchen team

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef
• Strong knife skills and in-depth knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (for teaching classes)
• A passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and authentic preparation
• Organised, reliable, and a team player
