Sushi Chef Luxury Japanese Restaurant - Evenings only - Chelsea - £17.50- £18.50 ph

We are looking for an experiencedSushi Cheffor a stunning Japanese restaurant in the heart of South West London.

This incredible venue has a 100 cover restaurant with a focus on incredible, authentic Japanese cuisine and some of the best sushi in London.

This role will focus on the sushi bar where you will be in charge of 2 junior Sushi Chefs (maki chefs) and work closely with the Michelin experienced Head Chef. There is a big focus on seasonal and local produce with only the finest ingredients on the menu.

The restaurant isonly open for dinner serviceandclosed Sun/Monyou will have your mornings free and a great work life balance (40hrs per week).

Must be confident with nigiri and sashimi (there are separate maki chefs)

There are plans to open another site in next year so huge opportunities for progression.

The Role -Sushi Chef

• Managing of a team of 2, reporting to Exec Chef
• Must be confident and have experience in nigiri and sashimi
• Help with menu creation

The Rewards -Senior Sous Chef

• £17.5 - £18.5 ph (£39k annually with service)
• Evenings only
• Sun/Mon off

The Venue-Senior Sous Chef

• Stunning venue in the heart SW London
• Working with a world-renowned Exec Chef
• Very high-end yet relaxed environment
