Kinoya Ramen launched in 2023 in the prestigious Harrods Dining Hall and is now one of the most successful restaurants in London. Following this success we will now be launching Kinoya Sushi in the Harrods Dining Hall at the end of September. It will be 20 seat counter with an open kitchen.
We are looking for amazing team members that want to be involved in helping our guests enjoy some of the best Japanese cuisine in London whilst working for an amazing and growing company.
We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef with a strong background in Japanese Cuisine, in particular Sushi. They need to be willing to work as part of a team, consistently deliver the very highest quality of food and service whilst maintaining equally high levels of team and guest satisfaction.
Food Safety knowledge is a must, ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and good communication skills are required.
You must also already be in the UK and a visa or right to work.
We are looking for team members to join early September, ready for an end of September opening.
Must have:
- Min 2 years relevant experience
- Solid Work Ethic
- Level 2 or 3 Food Safety
- Right to work or Visa for UK
- Passion for good food
