Job Summary
Were looking for passionate and experienced All LevelWok Chefs (CDPs and Sous Chef)to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have professional experience preparing a wide range of traditional Chinese wok dishes.
You need to be passionate about delivering the highest food quality, using the finest ingredients in a high volume kitchen operations. Familiarity with high-heat wok cooking and fast paced service is required.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience working as a CDP or Sous Chef, in a well-established Chinese restaurant.
Asian cuisine knowledge is desirable.
