Commercial Gas Engineer – London
Salary: Up to £55,000 basic (plus overtime & benefits)
Location: London (covering commercial sites across the city)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading building services and facilities management company. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial heating systems in prestigious properties across London.
You will be responsible for installation, servicing, maintenance, and reactive repairs of commercial gas appliances and plant rooms, ensuring safe and efficient operation at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain commercial gas heating systems
- Diagnose and repair faults on boilers, burners, and heating plant
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Work across various commercial sites including offices, schools, and public buildings
- Ensure all work meets current regulations and safety standards
- Complete all service and maintenance documentation accurately
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer
- Current ACS commercial gas qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, etc.)
- Strong fault-finding and repair skills
- Experience with a range of boiler manufacturers and plant room equipment
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
