Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and qualified Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and repair of commercial heating systems and associated plant in a range of commercial and industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on commercial gas systems.

Diagnose faults and repair a variety of commercial heating appliances and plant (boilers, burners, air heaters, etc.).

Undertake installation and commissioning of new commercial heating systems and associated pipework.

Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current gas regulations and company standards.

Complete all relevant documentation and certification accurately.

Liaise with clients, site staff, and management to ensure excellent customer service.

Participate in an on-call rota where required.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1 / CODNCO1 or equivalent).

Core modules such as CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A.

Proven experience working as a Commercial Gas Engineer in building services, facilities maintenance, or industrial environments.

Sound knowledge of current gas safety legislation and best practices.

Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
-
Domestic gas qualifications (CCN1) and/or LPG experience.

Additional HVAC, plumbing, or electrical skills.

Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
