Description
- Managing Personal Conflicts of Interest, including Personal Account Dealing and Outside ---Business Activity
- Managing Transactional Conflict of Interest, including Conflicts of Interest and Information Barriers
- Managing the EMEA Permanent Insider List
- Managing the Watch List and Restricted List
- Managing the Wall Crossings Process
- Provide policy guidance and support to the wider Private Side Advisory function
Profile
A successful Control Room AVP should have:
- A strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of Control Room Operations an
- Experience in risk management or compliance roles.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
- The ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving compliance issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Job Offer
