IT Project Manager – Real Estate experience
Our client is looking for an IT Project Manager with knowledge and experience of delivering within a fast paced environment. The role will work as a co-ordinator and project delivery facilitator between Property Management and IT, responsible for overseeing critical IT deliverables, co-ordinating tasks with various resources and supporting the testing and release processes. Experience within Property Management, finance or Real Estate required.
The role will sit between the Property Management department and the IT Business Systems team, taking advantage of the ability to communicate priorities and requirements between the two business areas. Deliverables can change frequently and stakeholders are often short on time – the correct individual will thrive working in this kind of environment, adapt quickly, and see delivering as a challenge.

£60,000 - £70,000 per annumÂ

Key Skills/Experience
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 5+ years-experience in a Project Management role within IT or a technical position
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong MS Office skills; Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Self-sufficient, flexible and robust with wide experience in project management governance
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proficient at project planning, co-ordinating resources and resolving conflicts
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Takes ownership to engage and communicate proactively and effectively at all levels of the business
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Highly skilled in delivering against project objectives and successfully implementing IT change
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Takes responsibility for architectural adherence, quality standards, policies and internal IT processes.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Track record of managing business and technical projects of strategic significance via third party suppliers.
Desirable Skills/Experience
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience in integration of disparate systems and multiple applications
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Understanding of ISO 27001 IT Security Risk Management
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience within a property services, real estate or commercial markets industry
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience of project task and defect tracking tools such as Jira
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience in a client facing role.
Desirable Qualifications
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â PRINCE2 Practitioner
