We are looking for an experienced Business Leader to effect change as a Divisional CEO, in this diversified Support Services business (several £bn) being managed from the UK, with Business Units in the UK, Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific & Middle East. This Board level leadership profile, will prepare the BU for significant change across: Technology (Embracing AI)

Customer Service (CRM & UX)

Operations (Strategy & Delivery)

Business Development (Product & Services)

Challenge of Change.

You will hold organisation-wide change experience, including aspects of:

  • remedial change
  • personnel change
  • unplanned change
  • transformational change
  • mitigation of risk to stakeholders

Expressions of interest are welcome from:

CEO’s, MD’s, COO’s, CFO’s, GCIO’s and Directors - awareness to Matrix Operations.

Desirables include: First Degree, OD, Managing Change, Operations, Consultancy.

Sector experience: Support Services, Utilities, Financial Services, Technology, Manufacturing, B2B Customer Services, B2C, Consultancy - returning to FT.
