A first degree and expertise in managing change, operations, or consultancy are desirable, along with sector experience in support services, utilities, and technology.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with C Suite level, requiring a minimum of 10 years of experience.

This Board level leadership profile, will prepare the BU for significant change across: Technology (Embracing AI)

Customer Service (CRM & UX)

Operations (Strategy & Delivery)

Business Development (Product & Services)

Challenge of Change.

You will hold organisation-wide change experience, including aspects of:

remedial change
personnel change
unplanned change
transformational change
mitigation of risk to stakeholders
