- Manage CEOs calendar, travel for the team and expenses
- Coordinate with internal and external departments and organisations to ensure the team’s priorities are met
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives e.g. transformational change, offsites and client events
- Maintain and record all minutes from meetings including at board level
- Foster relationships with stakeholders and identify potential issues, allowing for a prompt resolution
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Produce and execute strategy and business development
- Sometimes take on challenges outside of what is specified in your job description
- Experience in corporate or start-up environments with everchanging demands is essential
- A career as an EA before moving into a COS role is essential
- Extensive experience in people and project management
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Have strong judgement and willing to accept ownership of work
- Ability to multi-task
