JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant to CEO
CONTRACT: 1 month temporary contract - rolling onto month by month basis (High potential of being a FTC until June 2026)
START: ASAP - You need to be able to start on Friday 12th Sep or Monday 15th Sep 2025
LOCATION: Victoria - this is 5 days a week in the office (non negotiable)
SALARY: 75,000 - 90,000 (on a day rate = 330p/d - 398p/d)
HOURS: 9am - 5:30pm

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the backbone of our executive operations, ensuring seamless coordination and support for a variety of tasks. Your strategic multitasking abilities will shine as you manage complex diaries, organize meetings, and maintain effective communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's complex diary schedules across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate and prepare documents for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Handle travel arrangements in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the organisation's standards.
- Act as an ambassador for the organisation, representing our values.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support team events and meetings.
- Greet external visitors and facilitate a welcoming environment.
- Assist with company social functions and coordinate related activities.
- Ensure smooth office operations by working closely with other support staff.
- Provide comprehensive EA support, including report preparation and document management.
- Assist in reception coverage as needed, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite individuals with tenure, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A calm demeanour under pressure, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Work well within a high energy, trusting and autonomous environment
