Their role is instrumental in ensuring effective communication, smooth operations, and streamlined decision-making processes at the highest levels of the organisation. By offering comprehensive assistance and being the key interface for these leaders, the Executive Services team plays a critical role in the success and efficiency of the Academy's overall functioning.

As the Executive Officer, your role is pivotal to optimising the Academy's administrative functions through the delivery of exceptional services and a continuous enhancement of secretarial support. Situated within a high-profile team, you will report to the Senior Manager, Executive Office. The team comprises a Fellowship Engagement Manager and three Executive Services Officers.

As an experienced EA/PA, you will exhibit proficiency in high-level support, coupled with strong problem-solving skills. While embracing teamwork, you can work independently and take the lead when necessary. Maintaining impeccable standards under pressure, swiftly transitioning between tasks, and adeptly prioritising are integral to success in this role.
