Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Corporate Resources to provide strategic oversight and leadership across all corporate services, including HR, finance, IT, and business administration. Reporting to the CEO, this role will be central to ensuring efficient operations, robust financial stewardship, and continuous improvement in support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate resource strategies aligned with organisational objectives

  • Oversee allocation and management of resources across HR, finance, IT, and facilities

  • Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to multi-disciplinary teams

  • Manage budgets, reporting, and ensure financial compliance with sector frameworks

  • Improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

  • Lead organisational change programmes and risk management activities

  • Act as a key advisor to the CEO and Board on resourcing, compliance, and governance matters

  • Build cross-functional partnerships and manage key stakeholder relationships

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Senior leadership experience in corporate services management

  • Strong financial acumen with proven budgetary and compliance experience

  • Strategic planning skills with ability to drive operational improvements

  • Experience of change management and embedding continuous improvement

  • Excellent leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Strong governance, compliance, and risk management knowledge

  • Clear communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in business, finance, HR, or related field

Desirable:

  • Experience in the housing sector, ideally with exposure to resident-led or social housing environments

  • Postgraduate or additional professional certification
