B2B Sales Account Manager
This is not your typical sales / account management role. We’re looking for candidates who are also passionate about cooking and quality ingredients. You may even be a Foodie who is also commercially driven with ideally a deep appreciation for Spanish gastronomy and the culture behind it is required for a well-established company based in Balham, London.
SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Annual Bonus + Generous Benefits (see below)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a B2B Sales Account Manager who has a deep appreciation for Spanish gastronomy and the culture behind it.
The company is the UK’s leading importer of exceptional Spanish food, dedicated to sharing their passion for Spanish gastronomy with food lovers nationwide. From their shops and website to the wholesale business, the company bring the finest Spanish produce to Delicatessens, Restaurants, Wholesalers, and Food Halls across the country.
At the heart of the business is their restaurant sector. As the company continue to grow, they are looking for a commercially driven and passionate foodie who would love to move out of the hospitality industry into a B2B Sales Account Manager role, or you’re already a talented and experienced Sales Account Manager looking to champion the company’s finest foods to some of their finest customers in the hospitality sector.
Working as the B2B Sales Account Manager you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the company’s foods and ingredients. With your knowledge of the industry and a passion for quality foods, you will work closely with all teams to generate demand, and build lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
The ideal candidate will either be a professional chef or come from a sales or account management background. You will be someone who is driven by a genuine passion for food, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will take pride in developing and executing strategies that drive sales.
DUTIES
Your duties as a B2B Sales Account Manager will include:
- Be an advocate for the company and show a genuine passion and love for Spanish ingredients and the gastronomy of Spain
- Thrive on building relationships and securing business with restaurants, hotels, hospitality venues and catering businesses nationwide
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth to develop and expand the company’s network
- Ensure a 'best in class’ customer service experience journey, tailoring product to meet customer needs and ensure ongoing sales, support and customer care
- Drive growth and retention of accounts, ensuring long term partnerships which align with the company’s core culture and values
- Be commercially astute, manage targets, and be driven by delivering results and increasing sales opportunities with regular performance updates
- Work collaboratively across the wider B2B Sales Department, and cross functionally with buying, supply chain and warehouse to ensure customers receive a high- quality product with seamless service
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

You will also:
- Be a passionate advocate for cooking and ingredients with the ability to share your expertise and inspire others

- Be ambitious, competitive and someone who loves selling to customers
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams
