We are currently representing a well-respected Insurtech software provider in the insurance technology sector in their search for an experienced Account Manager to join their dynamic team, on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days per week based in London. This is a key client-facing role focused on relationship management, retention, and revenue growth, rather than new business across a diverse portfolio.
Responsibilities:

Build and manage strategic client relationships across the insurance market

Develop account plans, handle renewals, and expand revenue opportunities

Deliver sales forecasts and provide key insights to the senior leadership team

Represent the business at industry events and stay ahead of market trends

Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions in a competitive landscape
Requirements:

c2 years +SaaS account management experience, which must include some Insurance clients

Proven success managing complex solutions and navigating stakeholder relationships

Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills

Confident engaging with senior-level clients

Proactive, highly organised, and results-driven
-
Any London Market experience ideal but not essential
