We are currently representing a well-respected Insurtech software provider in the insurance technology sector in their search for an experienced Account Manager to join their dynamic team, on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days per week based in London. This is a key client-facing role focused on relationship management, retention, and revenue growth, rather than new business across a diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strategic client relationships across the insurance market

  • Develop account plans, handle renewals, and expand revenue opportunities

  • Deliver sales forecasts and provide key insights to the senior leadership team

  • Represent the business at industry events and stay ahead of market trends

  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions in a competitive landscape

Requirements:

  • c2 years +SaaS account management experience, which must include some Insurance clients

  • Proven success managing complex solutions and navigating stakeholder relationships

  • Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills

  • Confident engaging with senior-level clients

  • Proactive, highly organised, and results-driven

  • Any London Market experience ideal but not essential
