Affiliate Marketing Manager

Affiliate Marketing Manager. Up to £40K. Hybrid or Remote working - London.

This London based full spectrum digital marketing agency are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager. They specialise in delivering AI enhanced solutions and are looking for a curious, motivated individual who wants to be at the forefront of the industry.

They’re looking for a proactive, data-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to take ownership of affiliate program strategy and execution. You’ll manage relationships with key publishers, drive performance through data and innovation, and work closely with the paid media team to ensure a cohesive performance strategy.

Responsibilities of this Affiliate Marketing Manager:

? Manage day-to-day operations of affiliate programs across key platforms (e.g. Awin, Impact, CJ, etc.) ? Recruit, onboard and optimise relationships with affiliates, influencers, and content partners ? Develop and implement commission structures, promotions, and performance incentives ? Monitor and analyse affiliate performance metrics to drive growth and ROI ? Coordinate with internal teams on creative, tracking, and reporting ? Ensure compliance, prevent fraud, and uphold brand integrity across affiliate channels

Core Competencies of this Affiliate Marketing Manager:

? 2+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience (agency or client-side) ? Strong understanding of affiliate networks, attribution, and performance metrics ? Excellent relationship-building and communication skills ? Analytical mindset with experience in platforms like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or equivalent ? Bonus: Experience blending affiliate with broader digital marketing strategy
