KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Drives business growth by delivering on budgeted sales objectives while adhering to organizational polices.
- Manages a team of senior executives. Supporting them on their development plans and engages in open and honest conversations.
- Reviews and discuss action plans for achievement of sales budget each month.
- Create and implement plan for conducting promotional activities, develop CRM strategy, and ensure effective execution of marketing strategies from time to time in order to achieve objectives through sales.
- Map potential of territory and relates it to market trends and competitors’ activities
- Profiles, assesses potential, prepares target list and enlists new doctors as per business requirement.
- Collaborates with government sales teams to ensure product availability and demand generation at the different institutions.
- Builds consistent, long term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders/Key Business leaders in assigned territory by involving them in scientific engagements at regular intervals and through effective coverage at right frequency.
- Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a timely resolution.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in Life Sciences or Biotechnology.
- Multiyear experience in medical device sales
- Relevant therapeutic experience in areas such as Sutures, Wound closure, Hernia solutions, and Biosurgery is highly preferred.
- Excellent decision-making and strong financial management skills.
