I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing B2B events company that delivers high-level conferences and summits across a range of dynamic sectors. They are looking to bring in talented and ambitious Sales Executives to join their Delegate and Sponsorship Sales teams.

?? Key Responsibilities:-
Proactively sell delegate passes or sponsorship packages to senior-level decision-makers.

Research and identify new business opportunities within target markets.

Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and aligning them with event offerings.

Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Collaborate closely with marketing and production teams to deliver successful, well-attended events.

Maintain accurate records and pipelines using CRM systems.

1-3 years’ experience in B2B sales (delegate, sponsorship, media, or exhibition sales preferred).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A consultative, client-focused approach to selling.

Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.

Comfortable working in a KPI-led environment.

Base salary between £28,000 - £40,000, depending on experience.

Uncapped commission - realistic OTE of £50k+ in year one.
