As Brand Manager you will support the growth of the desserts category, and to be involved in the full marketing mix. You will join a supportive team creating and implementing the marketing strategy. You will report to the Marketing Manager.

Description
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plans for the product range within the category
- Establish consumer & customer insights and make strategic recommendations
- Own key innovation projects, working with production to manage process from concept to launch
- Cross team collaboration, working with the Commercial Manager and the shopper Marketing Manager / trade teams
- Develop consumer communication plans to deliver both marketing and business objectives
- Management of the external Marketing Agencies.
- Monitor and control the marketing budget
Profile
- Demonstrable experience in brand management in a branded FMCG company, food is highly advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
- Understanding of the UK multiple grocery channels and their associated trading issues
- Knowledge of data and exposure to a wide range of market research techniques used in building brands & innovation
