Responsible for product categories including makeup and gifting, working with all members of the Marketing team to support continued growth in these categories. You will plan, execute and develop new and existing brand launches and activities across all retailers.

Description
- Work with the Marketing Director and Head of Brand Marketing to create an appropriate product strategy, including UK-led initiatives
- Ensure regular commercial analysis with P&Ls and budget reviews.
- Plan allocation of products and sales support material on Sales Plans
- Work in collaboration with various teams to create customer journeys for each launch/activity and identifying additional sales support material required
- Work closely with external media agency and digital team to brief, plan and execute innovative and impactful campaigns for key launches
- Support the design of locally produced POS material and managing print buying process
- Support the Assistant Product Manager in the team and supporting future development.
Profile
- Demonstrable experience in brand marketing developed in the beauty industry, preferably in make-up and/or skincare
- Experience and knowledge working across various media platforms
- Team management is a bonus
- Excellent communicator, working across all levels of a business
- Strong UK market knowledge
Job Offer
Competitive salary up to £60,000
