The role:

  • Working with the Head of Marketing, the brand marketing manager will be responsible for key projects within the business including 2026 planning process, ATL campaign execution, media planning and performance measurements.
  • You will manage brand performance via planning, analysis and optimisation, whilst supporting and developing brand strategy.
  • The brand marketing manager will work cross functionally to optimise seasonal campaigns, new product launches and customer promotions as well as other company activities.
  • As brand marketer you will develop creative assets across all relevant media channels and manage relationships with 3rd party agencies and partnerships where appropriate.
  • You will have constant exposure to influence, develop and maximise the pioneering brands you work on.

Ideal candidate:

  • Creative, strategic, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience at a (Senior) brand manager/marketing manager level.
  • Experience developing and implementing a brand strategy within an FMCG food/drink environment.
  • Passion for food and sustainability, and willing to fully immerse yourself in the culture to inspire key players in the business.
  • Dynamic and inspiring, with an ability to work with ambiguity and offer innovative solutions
  • A team player with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of the UK retail channel and consumer trends
