Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for beauty and skincare? Our client is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives, drive product strategy, and elevate brand across all channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

Brand Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement mid-to-long-term brand and distribution strategies
  • Lead annual planning, P&L management, and budget execution
  • Manage retailer negotiations and support new business development with Key Account Managers
  • Drive the brand marketing calendar including product launches, campaigns, and retail activations

Product Strategy

  • Align and optimize product assortments for all retailers
  • Manage local pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with HQ to ensure seamless product development, claims, packaging, and forecasting

Marketing Communications

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) across media, PR, and retail channels
  • Coordinate COOP budgets and retailer marketing programs
  • Drive 360° go-to-market strategies supported by data-driven insights

Product & Performance Management

  • Own the product launch calendar and SKUlifecycle management
  • Lead performance analysis, market research, and competitor monitoring
  • Forecast new product demand and manage stock

Media, PR & Influencer Relations

  • Align annual media strategies with PR agencies and retailers
  • Manage PR and influencer budgets, content creation, and campaign execution
  • Oversee events and influencer collaborations to enhance brand presence

What stands out for this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus)
  • 7+ years in marketing management, with 3+ years in a senior role—preferably in skincare or beauty
