Business Development Manager
OTE £40,000-£45,000Hybrid (2-3 days in London office)
Accomplish Todays client is looking for a driven, Business Development Manager to join their sales team in their Mayfair offices.
They’re part of a larger group with serious backing, fully accredited, and well-positioned ahead of upcoming legislation changes. If you’ve got 1-2 years of sales experience (any industry), and you’re confident cold calling, booking meetings, and chasing new business, this could be your next move.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prospecting and winning new clients in the contracting and recruitment space
- Making outbound calls and booking meetings
- Attending client meetings
- Working closely with an experienced sales manager and wider commercial team
What they’re looking for:
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience
- Not necessarily from payroll — fresh eyes from other sectors are welcome
- Confident communicator who enjoys picking up the phone
- Based in or around London, able to be in the office 2-3 days a week
- Strong work ethic and a positive, proactive mindset
What’s on offer:
- £30,000-£35,000 base salary
- Commission structure with tiered payments (£5-£20 per new biller)
