Our client are a leading supplier of design-led DIY consumables, due to expansion, they have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their team in and around the M25.
The successful candidate will be required to attend the showroom based in South West London on a regular basis.
The Role
- Close sales with help of design team to target specifiers, architects and interior designers
- Introduce & demonstrate products to contractors and decorators
- Ensure supply of products is negotiated
- Responsible for issuing credit lines
- Agree pricing & offers
- Chase qualified leads from showroom
The Candidate
- Full UK drivers license
- Experience selling to or being situated in a DIY trade environment
- Experience within coatings, paints or sealants but other DIY consumables experience will be highly considered
- Positive attitude and passion for design
