Job Description:This Business Development Manager role closely collaborates with the Sales Director, presenting an exciting opportunity to establish market influence in Europe - mainly Germany.

  • Set annual objectives and KPIs to support year-on-year growth across key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Manage accounts through regular communication, reporting, and strategic planning
  • Report on performance, pipeline, and activity to the Sales Director, EMEA
  • Develop and implement marketing plans with key accounts, aligned to sales targets and budgets
  • Work closely with marketing to deliver campaigns, training sessions, and promotional materials on time
  • Keep Salesforce updated with accurate records of partner communications, contracts, and events
  • Ensure new partners are fully supported with onboarding, training, and tools to drive sales
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with strategic goals
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry meetings as required

Experience Required:

  • Well-established partnerships with travel providers across Europe - mainly Germany
  • Must have at least 3 years within the same role in the travel industry and with great key contacts in the travel industry in Germany
  • Proven success in exceeding KPIs, managing budgets, and creating effective sales and marketing plans
  • Skilled in contract management, partner performance tracking, and strategic decision-making
  • A self-starter with attention to detail, social media skills (LinkedIn preferred), and a passion for exceeding goals
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce, and excellent with MS Office
  • Adaptable with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor
