I am currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager on behalf of a top tier firm. This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover based in London, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic BD & Marketing plans in collaboration with Partners and key stakeholders.
  • Manage client and referrer firm development efforts, including relationship management and reporting.
  • Oversee marketing and BD support for pitches and proposals.
  • Lead the firm's integrated communications strategy, including digital marketing and social media.
  • Manage the firm's CRM system and client listening programmes.
  • Coordinate press and PR activities, including crisis PR.
  • Provide leadership and direction for the BD & Marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business services and disputes within a law firm context.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing key client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Experience in professional services marketing and business development.
