Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager with expertise in the Fire & Security industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new business sales, estimating, surveying, and a deep understanding of CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, and Life Safety Systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market share within the Fire & Security sector
  • Generate new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of potential clients
  • Conduct site surveys to assess customer needs and provide accurate estimates for fire and security system installations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and exceed customer expectations
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential areas for business expansion
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in new business sales and business development within the Fire & Security industry
  • In-depth knowledge of CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, and Life Safety Systems
  • Strong understanding of estimating processes and ability to provide accurate project quotations
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Industry experience and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Day-to-day
  • Identify and prioritize key target markets and potential clients
  • Network and build relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
  • Lead and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to successful project closure
  • Analyze sales data, track progress, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
