This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, mission-led business that’s making sustainability commercially viable for corporates across the UK. As demand soars across industries like manufacturing, logistics, data centres, and FMCG, the company is expanding its business development team to accelerate new client acquisition. This role is all about converting inbound interest and self-generated leads into long-term, high-value partnerships.

You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal and close — with the backing of a supportive internal delivery team. Your days will involve meeting with MDs, FDs, and senior ops leaders, understanding their challenges, and presenting a clear, compelling solution that reduces cost and carbon impact.

You’ll manage a mix of warm leads and your own outreach, with the flexibility to tailor your approach and strategy. The outcome is clear: signed clients, growing revenues, and long-term relationships that drive real change.

You’ll need 2-4 years of B2B sales experience with a solid track record of closing, ideally in Commercial Real Estate, Net Zero or Commercial Solar. Experience selling into SMEs at enterprise level — especially to commercial stakeholders — is key.

You’ll be confident in your communication, persuasive in your pitch, and organised in your follow-up. A structured sales approach, commercial curiosity, and strong CRM habits will set you apart.

In return, you’ll join a values-led team based in central London, working from the office on non-field days and visiting client sites nationwide. This is a high-trust, high-impact environment where ambition is recognised and well rewarded.

You can expect a base salary of up to £50,000 plus uncapped commission, ongoing support and sales training, and a real opportunity to shape your career in a future-facing sector.
