The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts and a proven track record of developing and closing new business opportunities. You should be confident in selling to key decision-makers and building long-term client relationships.

We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology sector.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meet defined targets in terms of number of qualified and attended new appointments per month.
  • Finding and qualifying new business sales opportunities.
  • To maintain pre-defined activity levels in terms of outbound dials, time on phone and conversations with decision makers.
  • Using online sources to research suitable target companies.
  • Contacting potential new clients using phone and email to gauge interest, generate leads and nurturing long term prospects over the phone, and or virtual meetings.
  • To update and maintain the CRM system with information on all conversations and opportunities.
  • A highly motivated individual who thrives on finding & developing new business opportunities.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on IT solutions and technology.
  • Good communicator and ability to speak to people at all levels.
  • A strong network of industry contacts that you can leverage to generate new business.
  • Ability to overcome telephone gatekeepers and to think quickly in handling objections.
  • Self-motivated and tenacious. A results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Hard working and energetic.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Articulate and innovative in sales techniques.
  • The ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Personable and a good team player.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
  • Use of CRM systems (HubSpot) ideal but not essential as training will be given.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
