We’re working with an award-winning, fast-growing EdTech training provider that helps sales teams stand out in competitive markets and smash their targets.

Due to continued success and expansion across new sectors, they’re now looking to hire a dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager to drive key account growth and new business development. This role is central to their ambitious growth strategy and presents an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact from day one.

You’ll take the lead on winning high-value target accounts and expanding relationships with major clients across media, tech, and professional services. Working directly with Sales Directors, L&D, Enablement, and C-Suite stakeholders, you’ll deliver innovative solutions that embed learning and deliver real ROI. You’ll be supported by a first-class training proposition and a tech-enabled platform that clients love. Your success will be measured by revenue growth, client retention, and strategic account expansion.

We’re looking for a results-driven B2B sales professional with a strong track record in selling training or business services to large organisations. You’ll need to be confident building multi-stakeholder relationships, skilled in value-based selling, and capable of crafting persuasive pitches that solve complex challenges. Experience selling to enterprise clients and breaking into new accounts is essential, as is a structured, consultative sales approach. This is a remote-first role open to candidates across the UK, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the backing of a supportive and collaborative team.
