As the Business Development Manager, you will lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities while supporting clients with procurement strategies, energy audits, cost recovery, and net zero initiatives. Key Responsibilities for Business Development Manager

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes and contracts to clients, ensuring alignment with the company’s portfolio offerings

·Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

·Understandclients' sustainability goals and challenges to propose suitable solutions

·Conduct presentations, meetings, and workshops to educate clients on products

Skills & experience required for Business Development Manager

  • Proven experience in sales within the energy sector
  • Demonstrable evidence of pipeline management that delivers and exceeds targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Passion for sustainability and to helping organisations decarbonise their business processes
  • Degree educated in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field
