Business Development Manager - Sustainable Packaging

We’re working with a fast-growing and mission-led sustainable packaging business supplying the hospitality industry with plant-based alternatives to traditional packaging. They’re leading the way in offering innovative, compostable, and reusable packaging solutions, with a growing footprint across the UK and Europe.

With expansion plans on the horizon, this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and relationship-driven sales professional to join a brand with purpose, passion, and progression at its core.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert new business opportunities across the hospitality and foodservice sector.• Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships through regular contact, product education, and outstanding service.• Manage a healthy sales pipeline through effective prospecting, lead qualification, and timely follow-ups.• Utilise Pipedrive (CRM) to accurately manage all client data, interactions, and activity.• Deliver compelling product knowledge and sustainability insight to support sales conversations.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, account management, and retention.• Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the foodservice, hospitality, or FMCG sectors.• Self-starter mentality with the drive to work independently and hit ambitious targets.• Experience managing a sales pipeline and working with CRM tools (Pipedrive desirable).• Passion for sustainability, design, or the coffee/hospitality industry is a major plus.• Able to think creatively, problem-solve on the go, and bring energy to the team.
