Are you a people-focused professional with a knack for building lasting client relationships? We’re recruiting for a forward-thinking business seeking a Client Relationship Manager to take ownership of client engagement, inbound enquiries, and the proposal process.

A newly created role, this would be a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, marketing, or consultative sales—you’ll be the linchpin between client needs and internal delivery teams, making sure no opportunity slips through the net.

As the Client Relationship Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming leads and the go-to person for existing client communications. You’ll ensure proposals are drafted promptly, meetings are arranged, and client relationships are nurtured to drive long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up on inbound client enquiries
  • Draft and coordinate proposals using templates and key project data
  • Support directors with meeting scheduling and client follow-ups
  • Plan and support client events and engagement activities
  • Maintain clear communication across client accounts
  • Build trust and rapport with new and existing customers
  • Occasionally travel to meet clients or attend meetings in London

  • Is able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

  • Understands the value of business development activities
  • Proven work experience within a commercial environment

Skills required:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Client Relationship Manager

  • This is essentially a remote position (laptop provided)
  • Must be able to travel to central London up to 6 times a month
  • Some UK-wide travel to client sites - overnight stays may occasionally be required
  • £40,000 negotiable
