Client Relationship Manager - Part-Time, Remote, £60,000 Pro Rata

We're currently partnering with a forward-thinking professional services firm that is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join their team on a part-time, fully remote basis. 

This is a standout opportunity for a commercially-minded relationship expert who thrives on converting warm leads, growing existing accounts, and developing long-term, high-value relationships. You'll work closely with the Co-Founders and Head of Marketing & Business Development to design and execute a client relationship strategy that directly supports revenue growth and client satisfaction.

As Client Relationship Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in both winning new business and maximising the value of existing client accounts. This role offers a unique blend of strategic oversight and hands-on relationship building. You'll be the key connector between clients and the wider team, ensuring service excellence and long-term engagement.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, offering a pro rata salary of £60,000, and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities include:

Driving growth from both new and existing B2B client relationships

Shaping and implementing a CRM strategy aligned with brand values and business goals

Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships

Ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing service delivery with internal teams

Plan and manage client engagement initiatives (events, feedback loops, insights sharing)

Monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics, demonstrating clear ROI

Deliver high-quality client reporting and progress presentations

Skills needed: 

  • Proven success in relationship-led B2B sales, ideally in professional services

  • Confidence managing warm leads and converting them into lasting partnerships

  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and pipeline tracking

  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
