As a Client Relationship Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of key accounts from the initial onboarding through to contract renewal. You will serve as the primary point of contact for these accounts, proactively anticipating client needs and coordinating with both internal and external parties to meet critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain relationships with key accounts.
  • Address and resolve queries related to your portfolio promptly, adhering to agreed-upon service level agreements.
  • Handle invoice generation and validation, tailoring solutions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, providing essential portfolio information as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date, efficient account management including payments, metering, and customer data.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven background in the energy sector, preferably with commercial supply contracts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Experience in customer account management.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to independently prioritise and manage workload effectively.
