- Ideally possess previous experience working with HNW/UHNW clientele.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possess the ability to multitask and handle several clients at one time
- Communicate with clients over email and telephone
- Enter client details into the practices database
- Coordinate health assessment days for clients
- Meet and greet on day of assessment
- Oversee invoicing and liaising with the finance department
- Serving as the overall point of contact for all clients assigned to you
