Commercial Manager, Public Protection and Integrated Enforcement Division, East London Pay rate £400 per day Contract role, Local Government Communities Directorate Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager in East London. You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority. Key ResponsibilitiesIn this pivotal role, you will:  
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy and delivery plan aimed at achieving significant income growth across community safety, integrated enforcement, and regulatory services. 
  • Identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities in the borough within areas such as integrated enforcement and ASB services, CCTV services and infrastructure and regulatory services including street trading and markets. 
  • Collaborate with service managers, external partners, and senior leadership to embed a commercial culture and innovative service models. 
  • Lead business planning, market analysis, and service redesign initiatives to create sustainable and profitable service offerings. 
  • Develop robust business cases, pricing models, and performance frameworks to drive results and ensure accountability.
