The Role:

Our commercial Department covers the whole of North, North West London and North Central London and is supported by our network of 12 residential offices. We concentrate on the disposing of retail, industrial and office premises on both a Freehold and Leasehold basis. Having been operating for over sixty years we have excellent commercial contacts across the areas that we cover.

As we are continuing to grow we are now looking for Commercial Manager to drive the department forward and maximise its full potential whilst building on our strong brand to continue increase our market share.

This role is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Commercial property adviser to take the next step in their career, whilst liaising with the Land department to offer a full bespoke service. The role is currently a standalone role, but we aim to develop the department further and over time to hire additional staff.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience
  • Self-driven with a can do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills Verbal and Written
  • Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
  • Well organised
  • Full Driving Licence

The role is based in Finchley Central but requires travel as and when required.
