- Lead select Monthly Payments and Trade-In programs within the EMEIA region.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure consistent and high-quality performance of consumer-facing programs.
- Support day-to-day operations of key programs, including:
- Marketing coordination
- Customer experience management
- Process improvement
- Partner communications
- Drive and implement key program changes in collaboration with global and regional teams.
- Partner with Financial Services to define partner strategy, prioritize projects, and manage contract negotiations with key financing partners.
- Escalation of issues
- New product introduction readiness
- Pricing and offer management
- Analyse program performance and collaborate with company Retail Stores and Online Store teams to optimize results and customer impact.
- Proven experience in a commercial sales, partner management, or program management role, ideally in technology or consumer goods sectors.
- Strong understanding of consumer financing or trade-in programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and external partner relationships.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.
